Launching Version 1.0: Your Agreements Matter

Introducing the ‘Dublin Agreements’

After twelve years of dedicated development, Customer Commons is proud to announce the upcoming launch of Version 1.0 of our agreements, known as the “Dublin Agreements.” These groundbreaking agreements are meticulously crafted to surpass the IEEE P7012 standard specifications for Machine Readable Personal Privacy Terms , marking a significant transition from individual privacy terms to comprehensive, integrated agreements. Designed to be GDPR compliant and utilizing the W3C’s Data Privacy Vocabulary (DPV) , these agreements allow individuals to choose from approximately 11 predefined options.

Transition from Terms to Comprehensive Agreements

The evolution from isolated terms to full-scale agreements enhances clarity and effectiveness in managing privacy controls, simplifying data management for users and organizations alike. This transition not only reflects our maturing approach to privacy but also adapts to the complexities of global data protection regulations.

Alignment with IEEE P7012

Each Dublin agreement is crafted to be both machine-readable and enforceable, aligning with the IEEE P7012 standards. This ensures our agreements are practical and adaptable to the evolving international legal landscape, providing robust privacy solutions that are globally applicable. Our commitment to creating these standards-based agreements underscores our focus on developing privacy agreements that are not only enforceable but also practical across different jurisdictions.

Why This Transition Is Important
