Specific Terms for the Use of Personal Data
Human
Human-Readable Summary (Plain English)
This agreement puts you, the individual, in control of how your personal data is used. You’re offering your data with clear terms — and an organization must agree to those terms if they want to use it.
What You’re Agreeing To
- We’ll only use your data to deliver the service you asked for.
- Your data can be processed, but only to deliver what you’ve chosen to allow — no extra uses.
- You may share specific data with us voluntarily.
- Things like service-related data can be shared if you wish, and only for providing portability.
- We may analyze your data to improve our service.
- Analytics are allowed, but only by us — never shared or sold.
- We may track usage to support the service experience.
- Tracking is allowed, but only within our system.
What We’re Not Allowed To Do
- We won’t let third parties analyze your data.
- We won’t let third parties track your activity.
- We won’t create profiles about you — neither us nor third parties.
- We won’t share your personal data with third parties — ever.
If There’s a Conflict
If anything’s unclear, this policy follows the rule: permissions override prohibitions, which means if something is both allowed and disallowed, it is considered allowed.
