The SD-BY-A 0.9 public beta describes terms for service delivery that permit first-party service analytics and service-data sharing with the receiving organization, while prohibiting third-party analytics, all tracking and profiling, and third-party personal-data sharing. What You’re Agreeing To

We’ll only use your data for delivering services you requested.
We can analyze your data internally to improve services (Service Analytics only).
You may voluntarily share Service Data (not other types) with us — and it will only be used as agreed.

What We’re Not Allowed To Do

We won’t use your data for analytics if it involves any third party.
We won’t track your activity — whether we do it or ask someone else to.
We won’t create profiles on you — whether directly or indirectly.
We won’t share your data with any third party, ever.

If There’s a Conflict

If anything’s unclear, this policy follows the rule: permissions override prohibitions, which means if something is both allowed and disallowed, it is considered allowed.
