Using Customer Commons Public Agreements

SD-BY-A-DP is published as a public beta for reviewing service-delivery terms that permit first-party Service Analytics, include a data-portability obligation for shared Service Data, and prohibit third-party analytics, tracking, profiling, and third-party personal-data sharing. The following context is informational and does not form part of the agreement.

Review the Human and Legal views together.
Confirm that the adopter’s service-delivery, analytics, portability, data-sharing, tracking, and profiling practices match the agreement.
The Preamble summary says organization analytics are not permitted, while the Human, Legal, and Turtle sources permit first-party Service Analytics; resolve this source-family discrepancy before adoption.

The owner source document labels itself version 1.0 while this published public-beta record remains version 0.9; confirm the intended release before adoption.
