Specific Terms for the Use of Personal Data

Human

Human-Readable Summary (Plain English)

This agreement puts you, the individual, in control of how your personal data is used. You’re offering your data with clear terms — and an organization must agree to those terms if they want to use it.

What You’re Agreeing To

  • We’ll only use your data for delivering services to you.
    • Your data can be processed, but only to provide the services you expect.
  • You may share service-related data with us.
    • If you share this data, we’re required to support data portability — making it easy for you to retrieve or move your data.
  • We’re allowed to use your data for analytics to improve the service — but only if
    • we’re the organization you shared it with directly.

What We’re Not Allowed To Do

  • We won’t allow third parties to analyze your data.
    • Your information stays between us unless explicitly permitted.
  • We won’t track your behavior.
    • Neither we nor third parties are allowed to track you.
  • We won’t profile you.
    • That means no creating assumptions or categories about you based on your data.
  • We won’t share your personal data with third parties.
    • No selling or handing off your info — ever.

If There’s a Conflict

If anything’s unclear, this policy follows the rule: permissions override prohibitions, which means if something is both allowed and disallowed, it is considered allowed.
