Specific Terms for the Use of Personal Data
Human
Human-Readable Summary (Plain English)
This agreement puts you, the individual, in control of how your personal data is used. You’re offering your data with clear terms — and an organization must agree to those terms if they want to use it.

- Your data can be processed, but only to deliver what you’ve chosen to allow — no extra uses.
- We may share service data with your consent.
- Things like service usage data can be shared if you wish, and only for the agreed purpose.
- We may process your data for analytics — but only if we are the ones doing it.
- No one else gets access.
- We may use your data for tracking, but only within our service.
What We’re Not Allowed To Do
- We won’t let third parties analyze your data for analytics.
- Third parties cannot process your information, even for service-related insights.
- We won’t let third parties track you.
- Tracking is strictly limited to our internal service use only.
- We won’t create behavioral profiles using your data.
- Neither we nor any third party can profile you.
- We won’t share your personal data with third parties.
- Only service data may be shared, and only by us.
If There’s a Conflict
If anything’s unclear, this policy follows the rule: permissions override prohibitions, which means if something is both allowed and disallowed, it is considered allowed.
