PDC-TPR is for two people who meet face to face, confirm to each other that they are real people, and choose to exchange contact details for a trusted personal relationship.

What each person may do

  • Share their own contact information directly with the other person.
  • Receive the other person’s contact information directly from that person.
  • Use the shared contact information to communicate directly with that person.

What each person must respect

  • The contact information is for the direct relationship between the two people.
  • The contact information must not be passed to a third party.
  • The contact information must not be used for a different purpose without a new agreement.
