If you need to cancel your recurring donation, you can do so easily through the payment method you used to set up the donation. Below, you’ll find step-by-step instructions for cancelling your recurring donations via PayPal. Please refer to your original donation confirmation email if you are uncertain about which payment method you used. This email is titled “Thank you for your recurring donation to Customer Commons,” and it contains details about your payment method near the end.

Manage Recurring Donation Made with PayPal

1. Log into your PayPal account.
   Use the same PayPal account that you used for the donation.
2. Follow these steps depending on your account type:
   • Personal Account:
     • Go to Settings.
     • Click Payments.
     • Select Automatic payments.
     • Locate “Customer Commons” and choose to cancel or modify your automatic payments.
   • Business Account:
     • Go to Account Settings.
     • Click Money, Banks, and Cards.
     • Click Manage Automatic Payments.
     • Locate “Customer Commons” and make the necessary adjustments.

Manage Recurring Donation Made with a Credit Card via Stripe

1. Visit the Customer Commons Stripe Customer Portal.
   Access the Customer Commons Stripe Customer Portal
2. Enter the email address you used when setting up the donation.
   You will receive an email with a link to log into the portal.
3. Once logged in, navigate to your subscription details.
   You can cancel your recurring donation by selecting “Cancel plan.”
