Specific Terms for the Use of Personal Data
Human
Human-Readable Summary (Plain English)
This agreement puts you, the individual, in control of how your personal data is used. You’re offering your data with clear terms — and an organization must agree to those terms if they want to use it.
What You’re Offering
- We’ll only use your data to deliver services.
- Your data can be processed, but only to deliver what you’ve chosen to allow — no extra uses.
- You may share service-related data with us voluntarily.
- This allows for data portability — sharing relevant service data to ensure you can move your data as needed.
What The Organization is Not Allowed To Do
- They cannot use your data for analytics.
- They are not allowed to process your information to generate service analytics.
- They cannot track your data usage.
- Tracking behavior or device information is off limits.
- They cannot profile your activity.
- No behavioral analysis or user profiling is permitted.
- They cannot share your personal data with third parties.
- Sharing with external parties is strictly prohibited.
If There’s a Conflict
If anything’s unclear, this policy follows the rule: permissions override prohibitions, which means if something is both allowed and disallowed, it is considered allowed.
