Using the SD-BY-ATP-S3P Public Beta Agreement by Customer Commons

The SD-BY-ATP-S3P 0.9 public beta agreement describes conditions for service delivery that permit first-party analytics, tracking, and profiling; permit sharing fully anonymized data with third parties; and prohibit third-party analytics, tracking, profiling, and sharing of non-anonymized personal data. What You’re Agreeing To

We’ll only use your data for service delivery.

You may voluntarily share service-related data with us.

What We’re Not Allowed To Do

We won’t use your data for analytics if we’re a third party.

If There’s a Conflict

If anything’s unclear, this policy follows the rule: permissions override prohibitions, which means if something is both allowed and disallowed, it is considered allowed.
