Specific Terms for the Use of Personal Data

Human

Human-Readable Summary (Plain English)

This policy puts you, the individual, in control of how your personal data is used. You’re offering your data with clear terms — and an organization must agree to those terms if they want to use it.

What You’re Agreeing To

  • We’ll only use your data to deliver services for public good.
    • Your data can be processed, but only when it benefits the public — no private exploitation.
    • That includes data generated from your use of the service, but only under your terms.

What We’re Not Allowed To Do

  • We won’t use your data for analytics.
    • We’re not allowed to analyze your information for performance or business metrics.
  • We won’t track you across services or sessions.
    • No monitoring your behavior beyond the immediate service.
  • We won’t profile you.
    • No automated decisions based on your personal traits or behaviors.
  • We won’t share your personal data with third parties.
    • Your data stays between you and us — no reselling or external use.

If There’s a Conflict

If anything’s unclear, this policy follows the rule: permissions override prohibitions, which means if something is both allowed and disallowed, it is considered allowed.
