Customer Commons will soon be hosting first party terms individuals can proffer in dealing with sites and services as second parties over the Internet. Those terms will live in a directory here, and will be directly linkable (and source for use) by code in browsers and apps. Sites and services can agree to those terms automatically through code in their CRM, CX or other systems for engaging individuals. The model for this is Creative Commons, which plays the same role for copyright licenses individuals can employ. Here is a list of Creative Commons licenses.
The first two terms will be NoStalking and Intentcasting. Background:
- Why #NoStalking is a good deal for publishers (ProjectVRM)
- How customers can debug business with one line of code (ProjectVRM)
- At last, a protocol to connect VRM and CRM (ProjectVRM)
- Intentcasting user-submitted terms overview (Customer Commons)
- Markets (JLINC Labs)
