Using Customer Commons Public Agreements

PDC-INTENT is published as a public beta for reviewing terms for sharing
buying-intent data so an organization can respond to an individual's
IntentCast while prohibiting analytics, tracking, profiling, and
third-party sharing. The following context is informational and does not
form part of the agreement.

* Review the Human and Legal views together.

* The Preamble and Human source describe Intent Casting and a retention
  limit, while the Legal and Turtle source encode a ServiceDelivery
  purpose and omit that retention clause. This source-family mismatch is
  disclosed here and has not been silently rewritten.

* The verified original PDC-INTENT Turtle file is available as the
  machine-readable edition under Other formats.

* Adopters remain responsible for applicable privacy,
  consumer-protection, communications, contractual, and other legal
  requirements.
