Using Customer Commons Public Agreements

PDC-AI is published as a public beta for reviewing terms related to
access to personal data for training and operating AI technologies. Its
retained pre-site source also contains service-delivery language in the
Human block and one Legal constraint. That source-authored inconsistency
is preserved and disclosed rather than silently rewritten.

* Review the Human and Legal views and the machine-readable Turtle file
  together.

* Confirm that the data provider has authority to offer the covered data
  and that the intended purpose is documented.

* Resolve the source-family purpose mismatch before relying on the
  agreement in an implementation.

* Adopters remain responsible for applicable privacy, AI, contractual,
  and other legal requirements.
